This Privacy Policy describes how Divine Cars (http://divinecars.co.uk) comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), manages and protects any Personal Data that you give when you use this website; additionally, it will explain the use of cookies on this website. We’ve put together this policy to make all information regarding data collection and usage as transparent as possible to help you understand how we, this website and any third parties interact with you and your computer/mobile device.

GDPR affects us in two ways:
1. Is how we conduct activities with the information we gather from people using our website.
2. Is how we manage the data/information we gather from clients and how we collect, process, disclose, store and delete data.
FOR WHAT REASONS DO WE COLLECT DATA?
The data we collect is used to help to understand who is using our website by monitoring traffic and to help us improve engagement.
When you opt-in (explicitly consent) to submit information via a contact form, to personally respond to your enquiry. Or add you to a Newsletter mailing list to send news & promotions from our company.
WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?
Among the types of Personal Data that this website collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Email address, first name, last name, telephone number, IP address, cookies and usage data.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We use a third-party service called Google Analytics to track, collect and store information around each user’s session who visits our website. The information collected via Google Analytics is processed in a way that does not identify anyone; additionally, we do not make, and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of users visiting our website. WORDPRESS THIRD-PARTY PLUGINS
By default, WordPress does not collect any Personal Data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. Additionally, ‘comments’ on this website are turned off so any identifiable information derives from the ‘active’ plugins alone.
We use MailChimp to store information for people who wish to be in our Newsletter mailing list. If you submit the mailing list form on our website, you will be added to a MailChimp list. You can read more about their Privacy Policy here:

We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site or share it with any other parties.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU USE OUR FORMS?
When someone submits information, with explicit consent, through a contact form/quote form it’s processed & Emailed to info@divinecars.co.uk. A copy is sent to admin@divinecars.co.uk.
When someone subscribes to our Newsletter (using WPForms) the Email address is sent to admin@divinecars.co.uk then added to the MailChimp database.
All information sent through our forms is only used for internal purposes only and not shared with other companies except those stated above.
I WOULD LIKE A COPY OF MY DATA OR REQUEST THAT YOU DELETE ANY DATA RELATING TO ME
If you would like a copy of the data that Divine Cars have relating to yourself, or wish to request deletion of the data, please get in touch with the Data Controller: admin@divinecars.co.uk. Please note that any request may take up to 30 days to process and we will require prior proof of identification.
